CONCIERTO DE KITFLUS KUARTET (AUDITORIO ESM JAM SESSION)

On Saturday March 5, from 19:00 to 21:00 h, we’ll have the pleasure of welcoming on District Rock Hall (Auditorium ESM Jam Session) to KITFLUS KUARTET, using the Open-Doors Day 2015-16, which also will perform in the morning the Simulacrum examinations for acces to Higher Studies of Music 2016-17.

Kitflus Kuartet is a truly original quartet not only by their formation with cello, bass, piano and drums, but by the highly melodic component of his compositions.
Apart of representing the reunion of two great friends as Josep Mas “Kitflus” and Rafael Escoté (components of the group “Pegasus”) also represents a different way of understanding the sound spaces, musical colors and creative freedom.
With contributions from Manuel Martinez to cello and Roger Blàvia in rhythm, in Kitflus compositions, Rafael and Manuel itself form a part of an expression nothing restrictive, where the improvisation that weighs almost as much as the melodies.
